How do I open or install ConsentLedger?
If your store has ConsentLedger installed, open it from Apps in Shopify admin. New installations start through a Shopify-issued app installation link or the App Store listing when available.
Open the appWhat does the evidence record show?
The submitted acknowledgement, its rule version and confirmation context. ConsentLedger does not independently verify a buyer’s identity, age or legal consent.
What happens when I change plans?
Existing evidence keeps its original retention date. When you exceed a lower plan’s rule limit, creating, copying and enabling rules is restricted. Shopify shows billing changes before you approve them.
